REFUND POLICY
After the product’s is dispatched by Royal surgicals. The customer needs to send an unboxing video of the product’s as soon as it is delivered to him/her. Once all the products are safely returned to Royal surgicals in same condition as shown by customer in the video.Royal surgicals will refund 60% of the money. If approved from Royal surgicals that only accept the return and refund amount.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Amount paid is only refundable within 24hrs of order placement. Any cancellation request after 24hrs will charge 10% as cancellation fee.
